Navigating the COREnology Dashboard

Module 1 — Lesson 2

In this lesson you’ll learn:

  • The most important elements of the COREnology dashboard

  • Where and how to update your profile

  • Where to find notifications

  • How to contact support

But before we begin, let’s define a few COREnology terms that might be new to you:

Toolkit — is where you’ll find your account, including all your client sessions. You can log into your COREnology Toolkit here:

Client Session — is the COREnology instance you set up using your clients’ contact information to create and send assessments and reports.

Assessment — is the survey or collection of surveys you send to your clients, including COREvalues, COREculture, COREviews, COREpriorities, and COREobstacles.

Report — is the results of the assessment you send to your client.

🚨 Note: There’s a video walkthrough below this section below, in case you prefer to watch instead of read.

The Dashboard

When you’re done with this lesson, you should understand where you can access the most important features of the COREnology tool.

Client Sessions

When you log in, the first thing you’ll see is a list of your Client Sessions:

These are your clients who have been set up inside COREnology, but have not been sent their reports yet.

If a member of the Client Group (family) has a checkmark next to their name it means they have been sent their assessment. (More on that later.)

Status Bar

The status bar gives you an at-a-glance insight into:

Client Groups — The number of COREnology sessions you’ve set up for clients

Individuals — The number of clients active in your CORenology account

Meetings — The number of meetings you have scheduled/completed

In Progress — The number of active (incomplete) Client Sessions

Completed — The number of clients who’ve completed their assessment, and been archived within the platform

Latest Completed

Click on the “Latest Completed” tab to view completed client sessions. This is where you’ll find the clients who’ve completed their assessments, and been archived by you or your team.

We recommend you verify that your clients have been sent their reports, and/or met with you to talk about their results before archiving their Session.
